Ive only had one opportunity to use the rack so far without issue. I did go through and snug all the hardware down as things settled after a 90 mile drive. Not loose, just settled. Shipping such a heavy product must be difficult, and my rack arrived with a dent in the tray and several scratches down to bare metal, but the dent wasn't structural and POR15 addressed the scratches.

I bought the Moto tow to upgrade my other motorcycle carrier and it is 10 times better than anything. I had hoped for very happy with it, does not wobble, does not shake, and is carefree.

Makes the mototote that much better. What a good product

The zero wobble is for real. I have a 300 pound motorbike on my RV hitch and there zero wobble. No annoying clangs and clunks that other hitches can’t prevent! Go for it!

I had a small mishap with my mototote however it was entirely user error. I called and spoke with Marvin and his customer service has been stellar. He answers the phone and addresses me by my first name and I told him the situation I had and assured him it was not a fault of the tote and entirely my fault. I was calling to purchase an item as a replacement and ultimately Marvin told me not to worry about it, that he would ship it to me free of charge. These guys are awesome and stand by their product. Much respect to Marvin. I highly recommend their product and have nothing but great things to say about their customer service. Thank you Marvin!

These guys are great and I love the bike carrier.

Wish I could just use a hitch pin and anti wobble device, but that would require me drilling a larger hole in the carrier. So I ordered a spare pin, which works great and is high quality, but proprietary to mototote.

I've used the Max+ to transport my Honda CRF300L, Aprilia Tuono, and BMW S1000XR. I drove from MA to NC with the1000XR on the hitch of a 2020 Honda Ridgeline. There was a little movement, but I made the trip without any issues.
