Refund policy

You can cancel an order for a full refund IF it hasn't shipped yet.

Unfulfilled orders can be self-service canceled and refunded for up to 96 hours in your account page here. After 96 hours, please contact us for manual cancellation by a member of our staff.

You can return merchandise for any reason for up to 30 days from delivery date.
Please note that return shipping charges apply.
Other charges may apply for damaged, used, and/or missing parts.
Your refund will be issued after receipt of the returned merchandise.
