I recently contacted MotoTote about a replacement plastic cap for my bike carrier. A gentleman by the name of Marvin sent me said replacement cap [free of charge]. And actually, he sent me a couple of extra replacement caps for future needs. This was greatly appreciated, and it convinced me that I picked the right company to do business with. Not only was I super happy about the replacement parts, but the carrier that I purchased from them has exceeded my expectations. I've put this product through some heavy duty back country 4 wheeling with my SX-F 250 KTM on it, and it made me realize that I invested in the right bike carrier. And with the service they have given me, it has been excellent. I would highly recommend this company and their products. Spend some real money and get a "real" bike carrier.
