Innovative component kit transforms a MotoTote Mini into a dual, folding bicycle rack for e bikes up to a combined 350 lbs.
It is important your vehicle meet the hauling criteria for your motorcycle.
To calculate the requirements for your motorcycle, add the weight of the carrier to your motorcycle, then multiply that number by 10 to factor for tongue capacity. Follow this example to calculate the minimum required towing capacity for hauling a 400 lb. sport motorcycle with a sport carrier.
400 lbs. (Motorcycle) + 60 lbs. (Carrier) = 410 lbs.
460 lbs. (Net Weight) x 10= 4,600 lbs. (Minimum Required Towing Capacity)
SUV (5000 lb towing capacity -
Truck (6000 lb. towing capcity) - 540 lb. max bike weight.
