Logging into Your Dealer Account
- Go to MotoTote.com and navigate to the login by clicking the top-right icon.
- When logging into your account the first time (or first time on our new site), click sign up/reactivate and set up your account with the email address from your dealer application or from your prior login.
Navigating MotoTote.com Dealer Website
When logged in:
- Your dealer discount will automatically apply to all products on MotoTote.com.
- You can shop the site regularly, use the Quick Order Tab, or reorder based on prior orders.
- More information about your dealer discount tier is located on the 'Dealer Tier Tab'. Your current tier based on lifetime spend.
- You can view prior orders, check shipping status, review your reward/ MotoBuck$ balance or make a return.
Making an Order
We accept orders online, by phone, or by email. We recommend online because you can see your Dealer Discount Tier, order history, MotoBuck$, etc.
Additional Perks
- Same-day shipping if ordered by early afternoon central time. NOTE: Due to the recent supply shortages, please check the inventory status of each product on the website.
- Dropship to your customer for no additional fee - Enter their shipping address when you place the order. They will NOT get a copy of the invoice.
- Strictly enforced Minimum Advertised Price policy. MAP is currently equal to Retail on MotoTote brand products.
- Discounts of up to 28% off Retail are applied automatically according to your purchase volume over time.
- You'll earn 4% MotoBuck$ on every purchase of MotoTote brand products. These can be used as payment on future purchases.
- Free Showroom display unit when you reach Dealer Discount Tier Silver or above (or 50% off at Dealer Discount Tier Bronze).
