Technology & Features
HitchLift Receiver Tube
Innovative 2" receiver tube counteracts common vehicle hitch droop with a slight upward bend, ensuring that the rack is angled correctly from the back of the vehicle. Provides additional ground clearance, attachment of ramp and distance from vehicle adjustability.
MTX Platform
Heavy-duty steel main support connects to the receiver tube, hauls up to 600 lbs. (272 kgs.), and allows for track, chock, and orientation adjustability alongside the attachment of innovative components.
StableStop Chock Extra Wide
Adjustable two piece tire mount locks front tires up to 5.5" (139 mm) wide into chock, maximizes support, and helps balance the bike upright while securing tie-downs.
MaxHold HD Tracks
Laser cut track with advanced geometry reduces carrier weight, grips/wedges rear tires up to 9" (229 mm) wide into the track, and accommodates most wheelbases up to a 65" (165 cm).
BroadPull+ Arms (Front & Back)
Two wide tie-down arms maximize tie down leverage on the front and rear of the motorcycle. Patented shape increases carrier clearance on hills and off-road.
QuickLoad Ramp
A long laser-cut ramp increases tire's traction, eases the loading angle and unhooks from the same side the ramp connects for a quicker loading process.
ZeroWobble+ Hitch Mount
Upgraded single-bolt hitch mount installs quickly, requires fewer tools and eliminates rack movement in transport.

"I was very skeptical about putting a $13,000 Kawasaki ZX6R on this carrier but let me tell you, it works."
Fitted this to a sprinter van with a Yamaha Tenere 700 loaded up with a full tank and soft panniers. No issues. Easy load/unload and not noticeable when driving.

Just what I needed!
As a big adventure bike rider that wanted a way to take my bike 12+ hours away to ride a BDR, this carrier is exactly what I needed. It is super sturdy and hauls my GS perfectly! My Rivian doesn’t even lose range either. I highly recommend this carrier.

Awesome
Rock solid carrier that is also somehow lightweight. I have used it on the highway and on rocky off-road trails with my T-Dub. Keeps it locked down tight and I can't even tell it's back there. Easy to load and unload by myself.

Bombproof
I just pulled off a thousand mile trip with the max+ and this thing is bombproof. I have a front hitch reciever on my 2014 ram 2500. 4” lift and 35’s. TW 200 on the front of my truck the whole trip with a 5th wheel in tow with e-bikes hanging off the back. After just a few short miles. I had full confidence in the carrier. Highly recommend. Very versatile. I have other carriers and this one is my go too now. I also got the straps they offer and it was worth every penny. Thanks mototote!!!

Best Purchase For Hauling Motorcycle
Watched videos on how to assemble since instructions weren’t super clear to me. Was able to get it put together correctly. Hauled my 2025 Indian Scout Bobber from OKC to FL without any issues. Will say the front tire was a bit too wide for the front portion and also the bike was a little too long for the carrier but it wasn’t hanging off the carrier just left a few inches to spare. But with 4 ratchet straps rated for 1k pounds the trip was smooth. Loading and unloading was easy enough since it comes with a ramp. Plus you can either leave it assembled or disassemble it for easier storage. But purchase ever and will definitely use again.

Great quality motorcycle rack
After reading plenty of reviews on racks to transport my motorcycles I chose MotoTote. Although a little more expensive than other options the rack would carry, among others, a BMW R1200GS, Kawasaki KLR650 or Yamaha WR125R depending on where the ride would start or for service. I only had a few SUV’s but not a truck so I had options of a trailer or MotoTote The MotoTote makes it much easier to move the bikes and I don’t have to worry on parking with a trailer Easy to load a bike and tie down They don’t move very much on the rack while on the road or on gravel roads which I was concerned about initially Fantastic purchase Had a couple of wrong size bolts in the kit but contact with them was quick and replacement items sent right away

Exceptional quality
This carrier has exceptional quality and in my opinion is built like a tank!
Unfortunately I haven’t been able to use it yet. Since I received it and assembled it our temps have been in the single digits or at best mid teens.
Way too cold for me, so I wait! When it warms up I’ll add to this to let you know how it performs for me.

Max+ Fantastic
Ok. Lotta research. Friends with versa Haulers etc. I’m sooo glad I went with the max+ tote. Ducati Desert X. Around 480lbs. Rivian R1S.
Even with suspension lowered it is still quite high to roll up. I creatively find sloped ground to mitigate load angle/height. I appreciate the robust build of Max+ over perhaps the Sport rack. Wheels are 21”(90/90) & 18”(150/70) with a 65” wheelbase. So pretty much max specs for the Tote.
Can’t say enough good things about the quality which is excellent. Made in USA not China. Thumbs up.
Love that it is 60lbs total, not 100lbs. Easy to manage solo. The anti twist hitch bolt works great. I am augmenting with additional hitch stabilizer but I’m ocd.
Most of all I’m thrilled to report that hauling the 540lbs total on the Rivian has had almost ZERO effect on my range!!! It tucks in extremely close to the rear. The anti droop profile on the 2”post keeps bike in perfect straight alignment. No bounce. No wobble. Quiet.
Rivian auto levels out the load with air suspension and I get 410mi range with the max battery!! Thrilled.
So glad I went with Tote. Done with trailering bike. Additional trailer lights are a must if you’re going to be in any sort of traffic.
Marvin at Mototote was great and refunded me when there was a shipping mistake caused by me ordering the max instead of max+ initially.
Full transparency communication was not quick but ultimately is reliable. It appears to be a high quality homegrown family business which I seek to support. Not corporate BS. Thanks guys!!

Slightly disappointed
I haven't tried putting it together yet I took it out the box and most of the pieces were wrapped up except for one and the one that wasn't wrapped up had a scratch on it. I know it shouldn't be a big deal but it was disappointing considering I was looking forward to a brand new product
