MTX Platform
Heavy-duty steel main support connects to 2" receivers, hauls up to 500 lbs. (227 kgs.), supports track, chock, orientation, and distance from vehicle adjustability, alongside the attachment of innovative components.
StableStop Chock
Adjustable two-piece front tire mount locks tires up to 4.75" (120 mm) wide into track, maximizes support, and holds the bike upright while securing tie-downs.
Angled Steel Track
Angled track wedges rear tire sizes up to 6" (152 mm) wide into track and accommodates up to 65" (165 cm) wheelbases.
BroadPull Arm
Patented front tie-down arm provides main support for motorcycle stabilization. Rear tie down arm prevents rear tire from bouncing out of track.
EasyLoad Ramp
A long webbed steel ramp increases tire's traction and eases the loading angle. Ramp hooks into tire track and will not disengage during loading.
HitchLift Receiver Tube

So far, I’m happy with the M3 Motorcycle Hitch Carrier. After resolving the installation issue with help from the MotoTote support team, the new hardware has been working well and gives me peace of mind.

I spent so much time searching for a way to bring our Vespa on our RV trips as our main on-site transportation. Problem was the RV tongue weight limit of 420lbs ruled out other carriers use with an ~350lb Vespa. But the M3 was the answer!
It was simple to assemble and install, needed a few adjustments like shims for the square tube (due to gap with the rack) and bending the ramp tab (it originally didn’t fit but was simple to bend up). The bike fits perfectly on the rack and it doesn’t move much in the back, just an unavoidable bit. I tried to post pix but it wouldn’t upload, oh well.
Ready for our cross-country trip later this year!

Afters years of using a cheap hitch carrier to haul my dirt bikes I’ve upgraded to a MotoTote M3 and couldn’t be happier. The M3 arrived well packaged and is very well built with quality fit and finish. I was confused with the hitch through bolt/no wobble assembly and called MotoTote, a real human quickly came on the line and sorted me out. After several trips the carrier has proven to be rock solid with no wobble. Highly recommended and well worth the money.

I received the MotoTote M3 carrier very quickly, and I’m extremely satisfied with the overall experience. The product is solid, well-built, and performs exactly as expected.
Installation Tip: I highly recommend following the YouTube video tutorial instead of the PDF manual — it’s much clearer and easier to follow. Also, using a bolt lubricant during Step One made tightening much smoother and less frustrating.
As shown in my setup, it carries my Honda CT125 securely and looks great on my Jeep. Overall, it’s an amazing product — highly recommended for anyone needing a reliable motorcycle carrier.

After a lot of research, I came across Mototote, I knew this was the one when I saw and read all the reviews. It is designed really well, strong, no wobble, quality built without being as heavy as some of the others. I can install and remove it on my 4 runner by myself. Very solid, I think because of the round support tube as opposed to a rail. Everything is adjustable to set it up for your vehicle and bike. I can load my xt250 and the bike will stay vertical by itself until I strap it. I installed the light kit for safety and am happy with it also. Nice to be able to hit the road and be confident your bike will be secure.

Works as advertised….. it’s a tad heavy, but it’s stout, with minimal wobble. Much easier to load and unload the bike(s) vs loading it in my truck.

Assembly was very easy, quality components, and rock solid on the back of my truck. I’ve only used it once, but will have no hesitation with mounting this on the back of our 5th wheel trailer! Looking forward to more use.

Just finished setting my M3 carrier up on my 4runner, so much better than my old one! I had to watch a few youtube videos to figure it all out. took a few attempts to get the wheel chock where I wanted it. but once setup its pretty awesome!

MotoTote CEO was very responsive to my concerns. Fortunately the rack was not damaged!
Assembly was easy, especially using the hitch receiver as a base.
I am a bit concerned about how short the ramp is. On my RAM 1500, the angle is too steep for me to handle the motorcycle. I wonder if the company would send me an extension that would be attached to the provided part?
