About the product, I received the wrong bolts that come in the bag “Step One” of the assembly.
Mototote Customer Service: They responded immediately to my email complaining about having the issue with the bolts, which it was very professional from them. Only thing os that being their mistake, I would expect them to shop the right bolts to me via overnight service delivery, for the price of the product plus the extra items I bought along together, I think I could have had that courtesy. But that did not happen, I ended up receiving the right bolts about a week later and after they received a proof of what I was claiming for as requested by them, which it was 3 very detailed pictures of the wrong bolts proving those bolts were incorrect size for the Step One assembly.
In conclusion: Great product but a little disappointed the way that company worked out.
