Works as advertised

I installed the Mototote Sport Carrier on the front of my 3500 pickup. It works as I had hoped. My TW200 rides securely and the carrier provides confidence that it will handle the load. Assembly was easy. Loading/unloading the bike is easy. Removing the carrier is easy.

Solid alternative to a trailer

Easily transports my 2002 Zx9r (~525#) on my 2013 Tacoma Prerunner's class IV hitch. Fabricated a temporary - mounting plate for a 2500# ATV winch to help load & unload. No "running start" needed.

Awesome! With some R/D suggestions

Works great. The only issues I have are
1) anyone could just come and take it while I’m out on a ride. So some kind of anti theft lock mechanism would be nice. 2) is that the 0 wobble bolt comes loose during a long drive. It’s not going to go anywhere but would be nice if it stayed at the torque I put it. (Turn until it stops as per instructions) I might use semi thread lock in the future for long trips. I would absolutely buy it again. It’s very solid and well thought out

Colis reçu en 5 jours en France, montage facile y compris des accessoires éclairage led et plaque immatriculation, tout fonctionne parfaitement, la moto monte et descend facilement et le maintien est parfait, seule la tige de verrouillage pourrait être améliorée car peu pratique mais c'est un petit détail :)

Made the right choice

I was waffling with going for a cheaper option but I’m glad I went with MotoTote. Instructions were clear and everything went together easily. Having the tire chalk makes loading and unloading a lot less stressful. I opted for the rattle free hitch pin which works ok. I removed one start because it would be nice if there was a way to use a wrench on the “nut” side for hitches that don’t have a way to wedge it against, like the instructions suggest. It would also be nice if there was a good way to lock it to the hitch.There are still some ominous sounds, but I need to double check torque on the rack. Overall, happy with my purchase.

Frankly speaking, I was filled with anxiety when setting off, but overwhelmed with joy upon arrival. Thanks to this product—it's really incredibly capable. This photo was taken at an altitude of 5,200 meters.

Great rack

Just tried my rack for the first time hauling my super duke over 1000km on highway and city streets. Didn’t move an inch and after the first few miles I was able to just forget it was back there. Very happy with how easy it is to load/unload by myself and how quickly. Great unit!

Smart Design

Super impressed in the overall design , aesthetically and structurally. The fit and finish along with the multiple bent tubing and such used separate this from all the others I considered. Its price is a bit steep however when you factor in free shipping these days….it bridges the gap. I also got the lighting kit that was easy to install with the pre-prepped work that was done.

Excellent Carrier

I haul my S1000RR with this. The Zero Wobble system works very well! The carrier barely moves while loading the bike. Bike stands on its own while in the chock. You need to have a decent set of tools and be comfortable torquing bolts. Also, make sure the carrier is as far in the hitch as possible. The optional lighting system works very well, too.
