This pack includes a MotoTote HandleCuff Ratcheting and MotoTote TireStrap Cam Buckle Tie Down. Hooks to the scooter front with attachment points through the handlebar harness and over the back tire with a locking, s-hook tie-down strap

Locking, s-hook tie-down strap with a spring-loaded lever secures rear tires to motorcycle carriers with a 585 lb. working load limit.
