I managed to get rear ended at a stop sign recently. Nothing too crazy, just a small bump. Took a look at the rack and sure enough it had taken every bit of the impact with grace. The main crossmember was crimped and bent about 10 degrees, however nothing else was even remotely moved or busted. Ended up protecting my truck as well from any damage at all. The replacement cross member made it to me within just a few days and it went back together without any issue. Super stoked. I would happily buy another mototote again.

So far very happy with my MTX Sport MotoTote purchase. Easy to assemble. After a few practice rounds it becomes easy to load and strap the bike down. No long term review yet.. but I have logged several hundred highway and dirt road miles and it has proven excellent. Customer service response for replacement/and or additional parts is excellent!!!

At least two employees worked very hard to get me this replacement part. So many things are out of stock right now. I also utilized the on-line manual for instructions on how to replace this part. On a side note I love my MotoToto Hauler. I had another hailer before this and this is lighter, the craftsmanship is very good, and the bike does not rock back and forth. Would buy again from this American Company.

Bent my original bar backing into a tree stump. Was able to get just the bent part for a very reasonable price.

Not much to say, except this is exactly as described. Glad for the ability to purchase quality replacement parts rather than the complete assembly. Incredible customer service and quick delivery.
