How can I access my rear doors or tailgate with a MotoTote installed?

If your MotoTote is blocking access to your rear doors, tailgate, or storage, you can use the RambleSwing Pro.

This swing-out system allows your entire MotoTote setup to pivot away from the vehicle, giving you full access without needing to remove your motorcycle or carrier.

It’s a great solution for vans, SUVs, and campers — especially if you have rear-mounted storage or swing doors.

Keep in mind, the RambleSwing Pro is best suited for lighter setups and is rated for bikes up to 250 lbs.

My bike is hard to load—what can I do?

If your hitch sits high, loading can feel steep. A height-adjustable hitch connection lets you lower the carrier by 2.5" to 5", reducing the ramp angle and making loading noticeably easier.

I have a rear box or spare tire—can I still use a MotoTote?

Yes. An extended hitch connection moves the carrier further away from your vehicle, helping you clear rear-mounted boxes, spare tires, or camper setups.

Can I still carry bikes with a MotoTote installed?

Yes. With an add-on receiver (2" or 1.25"), you can mount a bike rack directly to your MotoTote—just be mindful of your total tongue weight capacity.

How can I store my MotoTote when I’m not using it?

A wall-mounted MotoMount lets you hang your carrier neatly in your garage, keeping it off the ground and out of the way.
