This pack includes the MotoTote SafeLoop Ratcheting and the MotoTote TireStrap Cam Buckle Tie Downs. Hooks to the carrier with vinyl-coated S hooks, to the handlebars with soft loops and over the rear tire with a locking cam buckle strap.

Great straps

Work very well on my sport hitch carrier and very well in my trailer. Quality seems great, built in strap keeper and spring clips are a great touch
