HitchLift Receiver Tube
Innovative 2" receiver tube counteracts common vehicle hitch droop with a slight upward bend, ensuring that the rack is angled correctly from the back of the vehicle. Provides additional ground clearance, attachment of ramp and distance from vehicle adjustability.
MTX Platform
Heavy-duty steel main support connects to 2" receivers, hauls up to 600 lbs. (272 kgs.), supports chock, track, orientation, and distance from vehicle adjustability, alongside the attachment of innovative components.
StableStop Chock
Adjustable two-piece tire mount locks front tires up to 4.75" (120 mm) wide into chock, maximizes support, and helps balance the bike upright while securing tie-downs.
MaxHold Track
Laser cut track with advanced geometry reduces carrier weight, grips/wedges rear tires up to 6" (152 mm) wide into the track, and accommodates most wheelbases up to a 65" (165 cm).
BroadPull+ Arms (Front & Back)
Two wide tie-down arms maximize tie down leverage on the front and rear of the motorcycle. Patented shape increases carrier clearance on hills and off-road.
QuickLoad Ramp
A long laser-cut ramp increases tire's traction, eases the loading angle and unhooks from the same side the ramp connects for a quicker loading process.

Wish I had this thing from the get-go
Awesome design, reasonable price, quality build, easy assembly. Loading is simple and safe. I suffered through using the (you know the brand) hitch carrier for months where you have to fight the bike over each wrung then awkwardly strap it down to the centered rings. Never again. Spend a little extra and get the MotoTote. You won't need to thank me because you'll never know how much pain and suffering you avoided by not using the cheaper "other" carrier.

Great with extended hitch tube.
I was in a unique situation with no longer having a hitch in the stock location. I have a high clearance rear bumper with the hitch integrated behind the license plate which raised my hitch substantially. My previous carrier only worked if I removed my spare tire swing out - which I wanted to avoid. I ended up going with mototote and was back and forth with their email team trying to figure out if this set up with their extended hitch tube would allow me to do the following: Fit the bike with the spare tire swing out, allow me to open the swing out and still allow me to lower my tailgate without striking the wheel chock or any part of the hauler. It was a tough pill to swallow to order the max without knowing if it was going to work and to my surprise, everything worked as planned - with one minor adjustment. In the last pics, I had to trim the inside tray to allow my swing out to swing over top of the unit. Super pleased with the build quality and the fact that this hauler is really the only product that would work with my setup. Happy customer. This review is to mostly just show the pictures with motototes extended hitch tube accessory.

I researched carriers. Found one I thought would work, but I canceled the order because I found the MotoTote carrier after my initial searching and decided to get the MotoTote Max 600 lb carrier. I have 2023 Tesla Model Y, assembly of the carrier wasn’t difficult. I had reservations that any carrier would work. I found loading and unloading my 2022 Suzuki DR 650 to be very easy. The built in wheel chock keeps the bike stable enough while attaching the tie down straps. The rack is well made. The design is well thought out. Relatively light weight, and the best feature to me is how the outside tie down points are raised which is very important to reduce the likelihood of scraping because the hitch on my Tesla is very low. Unrelated to the hitch, it does cut the range/efficiency of my Tesla by around 25%. The MotoTote Max 600 lb carrier is an excellent carrier and the motorcycle rides very securely. I’ve recommended it to a friend and he bought one too. More expensive than most other racks but I’m very satisfied with mine. Well worth the additional cost.
